Gift Membership
Individual & Joint Memberships
Are you searching for the perfect present? Why not give your friend or family member a gift of Society membership.
Gift membership delivers fully paid membership of the Society until the end of the calendar year, for the same fee as a standard membership.
You (the 'donor') complete a Gift Membership Form and send it to the Membership Secretary with your payment. You can pay by cheque, by postal order or online through our NWKFHS website shop, You can also purchase gift memberships through Genfair and Parish Chest.
You will receive an Activation Form to give to the recipient, and a short note explaining how gift membership works. The recipient fills in their personal details and returns the form to our Membership Secretary, to ‘activate’ the membership. This safeguards their personal details and is used for data protection reasons.
Forms are also available at the Society’s library, branch meetings and events.

2. Submit the Form with Payment
We can accept, by post, up to four years subscription in a single payment to reduce the cost of obtaining sterling cheques. If you wish to pay online, the payment links will take you directly to either our NWKFHS website Shop, or to our Society stall on the Genfair or Parish Chest website.

The General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR). NWKFHS, the society, is a ‘not for profit’ organisation and is a registered charity. By completing the membership form or the renewals form, you have consented to your personal data being collected in the membership list and stored on computer. This information is to enable the Society to communicate with its members, issue the quarterly Journals and manage the payment of membership fees.
